B. Transfer modes of containers

Full container transfer: Applicable to situations where the shipper is responsible for packing and the consignee is responsible for unpacking, and the container remains intact during transfer.

LCL transfer: The goods of multiple consignors are assembled into the same container, and the carrier is responsible for packing and unpacking. It is suitable for the transportation of small batches of goods.

Door to door transfer: The container is directly transported from the shipper's warehouse to the consignee's warehouse, and the entire process is the responsibility of the carrier, simplifying the transfer process.

Site to site transfer: Containers are transported from the container yard at the origin to the container yard at the destination, and the consignee is responsible for extracting the goods from the yard.

Requirements for container cargo transfer:

Transportation contract: The transportation contract is the basic basis for the transfer of container goods, which stipulates the rights and obligations of both parties.

Bill of Lading: The bill of lading is an important document for the transfer of container goods, proving the ownership and transfer responsibility of the goods.

Packing list: The packing list provides a detailed list of the name, quantity, specifications, and other information of the goods inside the container, providing a basis for checking the goods during transfer.
